I mean think about it logically. You can't really be prosecuted for a crime you committed while president.
But if you're part of a conspiracy that was active before you became president, was active during your term as president, and continued to be active after you were president, what does that get you?

I'm thinking if a sitting President shoots and kills someone out of malice, then he would/must be charged with murder. There is no way killing someone is in part of their duties. Thus, treason is readily available for a charge against Barry, plus since he cannot prove up his birth certificate, well, we all know what that means.
