I believe Obamalama and his/her band of ghouls, are guilty of treason, but can this be proven considering the way the US Constitution defines it? I hope so and am looking forward to how it'll be presented to the court.
I worry about going for the highest criminal charge, and therefore the highest legal threshold to overcome. Beyond a reasonable doubt is required for a criminal conviction. How many charges of first degree murder are not convicted because the attorneys were too ambitious to get the highest conviction?
There is overwhelming evidence for at least seditious conspiracy, committed by dozens involved. Being convicted of that charge alone, would essentially destroy the entire political career of anyone involved in the Russia conspiracy, and they'd have to serve jail time.
I'm incredibly curious to hear the perspectives of others on this subject!
I do not for a second believe that Trump would work his ass off, get arrested, risk financial ruin, risk assassination, and more just to stumble near the finish line and allow this evil POS to get off the hook for crimes even worse than treason.
I'd like to see charges and convictions of treason for dozens of these Orcs hellbent on destroying the US, and even the Western World. Trump has gone through hell, risked it all, and has come out stronger than ever. My support of DJT has never waivered.
