Affordable housing is a joke. There is no affordable housing here in NJ for anyone unless you're basically living in a ghetto or a millionaire. >Or receive special land set aside just for you like they're doing with the farms.
Do I mean I personally can't afford a home? No. I mean it's nearly impossible to live day to day when you buy a home in this state. The fact that affordable housing is offered to people who can't even afford to live even without the weight of a mortgage is not only insulting, but discriminatory.
Affordable housing should be the goal for ALL citizens in the state, especially working citizens.
You can thank Murphy and his socialist goons for making this into law last year. I will to this day say Murphy cheated his Chiclet teeth having ass into another governorship.
And who decided thatl each town would provide so much land forl low income housing. Was this vited on by the citizens? Or was it a decision by the towns tustees, mayor, etc.
A lot is going on here. NJ v. Mt Laurel is what created the low-income housing law in NJ. For many years the burbs that could afford it would buy credits in the less well off towns and the govt counted that as low income units. ACORN or one of those scumbag federal agencies challenged that process and the NJ courts stopped allowing towns to outsource their low income requirement. builders come in and sue the towns for land to get up to "code". They build apartment and town home complexes and designate about 5-6 units out of 60 as S8 housing. The towns are giving tax abatments to the builders also. Basically every burb in NJ is not only gaining low income housing they are gaining tons of rental units. It is devestating the schools and towns as they are flooded with people who can't afford to actually purchase homes in there area.

Can't hide inflation in real estate! It's collateral for all the debt

They will not be able to do it, this is America and they will be stopped.
It is true, they will be sued in other courts. They think they can do whatever they want in our country, that’s why we have President Trump.
It's called the Garden State for a reason. I really hate these people.
Drag the politicians pushing this out of their beds and hang them. Thats all we have left.
