Another angle would be to look at the treatment of women and girls in Islam. Stories abound about these things. Choose something.

Yes there are those who spit on Christians. They are not the norm. Brit b'peh is, in fact, practiced by some not all. Keep in mind that those who do are more likely to be from very insular, sheltered communities who are simply following a tradition. Boys and girls didn't play together or go to the same schools and they aren't even told about s*x until the night before their wedding. It does happen that a woman may think things like, "He's a great guy. All I have to do is live with him."Their understanding of these issues is limited by virtue of being sheltered. Her father was one of the top 25 Muslim scholars in the ME and her grandfather started one of the top 3 Muslim universities in the ME. She had to flee for her life when her father found out that she had converted to Christianity. Her cousin was raped and then murdered for doing the same. Because virgins are guaranteed entrance into Paradise, they had to do what they did. She knows the Koran very well and is very clear that true Koranic observance can be summed up in one word: Jihad.
