No. From what I have read repeatedly, "chemtrails" is the mistaken belief that contrails are dispersing chemicals. And, so far, "chemtrails" is only an idea, not a proven fact. Admitting to generations of innocuous cloud-seeding does not defuse the "chemtrail" complaint. As for "people in higher positions," we have had "global warming / climate change" as government policy for decades, despite the fact that it is a complete hoax. Have you not heard of "climate justice"? Just because Trump's people have jumped on a train popular with one wing of the electorate does not mean anything.
