If a non-citizen becomes president through fraudulent means, was he ever really the president? I'd say no. He never satisfied the qualifications for running for the office of President of the United States.

Or Presidential Immunity is gone after he decided to go after another President/Presidential candidate. In this case, it is President Trump.
