I do believe that the reason he is doing this is to shorten the timeline even more before the ax drops on all these malcontents...Once that happens, he will be 'FREE SAILING" for the REST OF HIS ADMINISTRATION...the quicker he gets this done the faster the recovery and the dems/judges/malcontents are left in the dust with NOTHING IN THE BAG!!!!!!
