Its my understanding Buffet doesn't own UP . UP & NFS is trying to merge but it still has to be approved. Then Buffet would want to merge BNSF with CSX for 2nd Transcontinental line . Then CN would most likely merge with CP . All that has to be approved with Surface Transportation Board .
