Technically it wasn't called a "Central Bank" at the time (thought it was a few years afterwards). However, it was still the creation of a fiat currency, created "fiat" (AKA by authority and without backing) by a bunch of "patriots," many of which were bankers, no few of them foreigners, some of them even English bankers, all of those bankers with direct, deep ties to the same group who created the original Central Bank in England.
All wars are created by Banks. All wars are Bankers wars. The primary beneficiaries of wars are bankers. The beliefs that the people who die for those wars is for the people themselves is provably false in every single case. If you look at just the actual facts, actual quotes in context, the actual actions in context, the actual effects after the fact, etc., and take out the rhetoric, the suppositions of beliefs, the statements of intentions in a world full of spies, you get a VERY different picture of who the beneficiaries are.
The victors write the history books. The Bankers own the history writers (and always have).
How do you think the Revolutionary War was paid for?
