deadly Cancer = immune system not able to function correctly. That's it. There are numerous ways to "disable" the immune system intentionally. Parasites is one, toxins is another, COVID is another, COVID MRNA vaccine is yet another.

All vectors of attack have a single thing in common: "disable the immune system". Then cancers run unchecked and become fatal, especially if chemo is used to further destroy all remnants of the immune system that may have survived the initial attacks.
