I don’t want to see it. I saw the link to the video but didn’t click on it. I’m just going to go with if true, it was probably more than I can handle.
I was probably only able to stomach it because I don't have kids. I mean, I regularly visit the gore sites, or kill sites as I call them, but I won't watch anything with kids.
And to expand, there's stuff that's not allowed on any of the sites I go on. No child murders; accidents are allowed ( hit by car for example ) and zero, zero, zero animal anything unless it's an animal attacking a person.
One of the ones I more frequent recently full banned any self harm videos and we couldn't be happier, so yea... it's videos of people dying, but there's rules if that helps not paint me as a total psycho lol.
Why in gods name would you ever “frequent” content like that?
Two reasons : Even though I'm a drywall / taper, I was a psychology major back in the day and I'm absolutely fascinated with the mind and especially the deviant mind - just very curious as to how and why we do the things we do to each other.
The other reason is simple : to remind myself how lucky I am that I live where I live. No matter how shitty things can get sometimes, I thank fuck I'm not ever in any position that a lot of these folks get themselves into.
