The problem Europeans face is the bureaucratic red tape is designed to slow down a counter response. The UK may have an easier time to reverse course but they also do not have the ability to pool resources if the were still part of the EU.
Poland and Hungary have shown a blueprint with dealing the EU bureaucracy and that is the best way forward for the rest of the EU nations.
