Is 37 million a good price, below market, or well above market?

How does someone with a $400K salary for 8 years ($3.2M) afford such a house?

I went to a typical internet mortgage calculator, and with a 20% down payment, the monthly payments would be $187K monthly. Add in property tax and insurance, and it grows to $225K monthly.
