This is perhaps a good or interesting addendum to what I was talking about with you u/ModernMan1.

I'd extend it to TV, YouTube, Netflix etc. of course. Whatever we allow in our minds via eyes and ears will no doubt have effects on our hearts. Ascension above the base nature of fallen man is either hindered or encouraged by it
