Active shooter at Fort Stewart; Base, airfields, schools on lockdown, casualties reported

Law enforcement has confirmed there is an active shooter at Fort Stewart. Four people have been taken to the hospital and one suspect has been identified by law enforcement.

Are all military members outside of MPs still unable to carry weapons while on base? If so, this has got to change. We will see these terrorists take full advantage of this soon if its hasn't already been addressed.
