Stop funding it. Strip away the bullshit protections big pharma gets allowing them to make bad products and just watch how fast suddenly real testing happens.
If it's such a good thing, let the private sector put up their own money and their own reputations on the line on the safety of their products and see what the market says.
BS protections is right, compliments of a bought & paid for Congress. Think about what a sweet heart deal big pharma has: make dangerous products, yet have no liability for damages that your products cause. Of course it always comes down to $$. Follow the $$!
