I work with section 8 all over the state of TX trying to get them off generational assistance. Rural, urban and city. The section 8 choice program does not discriminate by geography. My point was the changes described in the video HAVE been floated ans possible options but are NOT finalized and in fact are nothing more than dinner table topics of discussion at this point in time.
