Exactly! Not lying but not telling the truth either.

UNLESS they've already cut a deal to save their despicable as-es or to opt for a Rommel death to save their legacy/reputations rather than public trial/tribunal and execution or life sentences, to expect more from any of these POSs is setting up oneself for huge disappointment.
