Unless they're the very rare Chinese expat that "saw communism firsthand" and sees the light, you can bet your bottom dollar that if they're in a country other than China, they're CCP spies ...
Travelling in the field reveals things you'd never believe if someone just told you... like the time I had to consult @ some falun gong place in NY - mofos dressed like kung fu priests and had AR-15s at the security gate IN THE MIDDLE IF THE FKING WOODS!!! You'd never even know the place was PACKED with chinx doing karate and shit - like something out of James Bond or some Jackie Chan dojo attack movie set .... absolutely fking NUTS!!! Got the F out of there ASAP...
Universities are either blind or complicit. Most major unis have a Confucius Institute in them. They've most likely infiltrated all the research labs on campuses.
Surprise, surprise.....NOT!
They do it all over the world, there was a story about it a few months ago.
Seems it's time to boot the Chinese students back to China asap!
And seize all the land/property they were allowed to purchase here in the states...
