Is it even cheaper?

They mention natural gas and then say atmospheric CO2 and water, so a Fischer Tropch like the Navy has been experimenting with since the 90s/2000s and then use the gas to make the fatty acids?

They don't mention how much energy it takes, or at least I missed it.

We already have butter substitutes.

They expect it on the market by 2027? They plan to fast track it through the FDA?
