This just happened, earlier I mentioned to my wife that I had pain in my hip & might need hip replacement. Neither she or I did any search about it, then a few hours later she started getting posts on FB about hip replacement. Maybe our cell phones or TV are listening. This really happened, spooky. 🤨

Yep. Q basically told us if a phone were present they could listen. And from what I can decipher the phone doesn't need to be turned on for them to tap into the mic. That's why SCIFs don't allow phones inside.
Which is also why you can't take the battery out of your phone any more
