I'm legitimately curious, because I haven't seen anyone else talk about this, but is anyone, Texas or elsewhere, doing this at the state level as well? I'd imagine quite a few red states would get significantly redder, and possibly even get super majorities at the state level that let them just steam roll over all the liberal crap.

So if it's NOT being done, I can't help but wonder why?
