PowderRoomPolitics in part explained it. It’s really an inside humor thing. Rush started out in Sacramento in the ‘80# doing radio broadcasting before getting syndicated nationwide. Rio Linda was unincorporated suburb and was kind of a less affluent and leftist political area.
So “for those Rio Linda people” = a phrase kind of saying that message Rush was saying would be more carefully explained for them (with the intended Rush meaning he is kind of speaking down to their lower-level of thinking abilities to explain his point)
That’s the part I don’t understand.
Obama was an illegal president (birth) so everything he signed will be null and void, like he was never here.
