install Firefox and download/install uBlockOrigin plugin for free

Can. Freaking. Confirm.

It works great! Plus, with Firefox at least, if it stops working perfectly, there are a number of others you can swap it out for to keep the algorithms (as if I'm using that term correctly) guessing

Key point that nearly everyone here will already know, so this is just for the one person who didn't: never run two ad blockers at once; they fight each other like anti-virus programs
