Twanda Willingham is suing the city of Chicago after being shot with a pistol that had been turned over to Chicago PD at buyback event.

Yeah it sounded to me like dirty cops making money on the side, who murdered a different officer that wouldn't join in on the grift. I'd have to see the footage of the shooting though in order to determine how plausible that is.. if it even exists
