Stay away from the carbs
Most of your calories should come from good fats.
Good fats are those that aren't oxidized all to shit. Unless you're pressing your own oily plants, that would mostly mean animal fats and stuff like coconut oil. Maybe olive oil, but a lot of that is fake bullshit.
