Absolutely! I worked in DC for 3 years in the early 90's. My children were too young to appreciate the museums, etc. Once the place is cleaned up and safe I'd like to go back with my children and grandchildren.
It might be wise to avoid all Federal Lands and properties for a little while longer. I carefully avoid all "Federal Jurisdictions" as much as possible just to not deal with tyrannical dummies. You are kinda consenting to all rules and laws when you enter known Federal Jurisdictions.
Many J6'ers got tricked by their lawyers because they did not understand jurisdictional authority and "official acts only" immunity limitation for all Federal Agents.
Are you engaged in official acts right now? -First and only question ever needed to ask to a "Federal Agent" (best in writing sent via certified mail)
DC is still a special type of evil despite the recent progress. I am watching carefully to gauge when jurisdiction changes for good because I want to go, especially if Smithsonian shows our actual history, giants and silicon-based trees (not really "petrified") included. That would rock.
So good to hear. I was in DC for several days and I understand completely what this person is saying.
Glad you got out of there safely..
Oh yes. I sure don't like to live there. Being a tourist is okay.
Hope to go back perhaps next year, while POTUS is in the White House.

I just happened to have time and was around there so thought I pop in and see some sights. I will avoid federal lands like you said.

In the Smithsonian, you can actually sense entities there. It's really creepy.
