This is was my whole point about crime. I cannot blame the criminals after a certain point.

Oh, I always blame the criminals...but to your point, they attempt to get away with what they try to get away with, because of weak-tea prosecution. This happens in Fairfax County, VA...ALL...THE...DAMN...TIME.

I don't blame the criminals because they don't care. Blaming them will do nothing.

They are criminals and low lifes.
