Can you meet ALL of the standards of military performance without exception for yor sexual preference? If you can’t you should be kicked out on that alone. There is no place for DEI in a military readiness model. Your being a “Space Force Colonel” without the wualifications to back it. Many people were promoted to meet the DEI quotas without the competence. The proof is in your actions and readiness.
