Whatever is happening, it is the best idea to always be stocked up with what you need for a month, and to stay the hell out of the streets, it will be no time for civilian demonstrations or rubbernecking, if you want to observe for yourself, use common sense, observe from a safe distance, know your egress, trust that the plan is working. There is no reason on earth to be unprepared with food, water, medicine and back up generators, no reason at all, you should have been in dress rehearsal mode for almost a decade now.
