The Martial Law bit is the reason he’s in this situation. It didn’t work, didn’t really clean up anything and the Troops went home.

Meanwhile he ended up besieged in the Presidential Compound. And is now being abused by the Courts.

Was mainly just clarifying who he was. And why he was in this situation.
