So in other words this is normal for SK.
Not necessarily normal. But not a dramatic departure as best I’ve been able to tell from what I’ve looked regarding past politics.
I’d hazard a guess at least part of the conviction rate of former Presidents stems from some vague wording in the Constitution. Allowing for purely political prosecution by the incoming party.
I haven’t looked into their domestic affairs deeply in a while. The last time I did was a dive on the female SK president that was member of a cult controlled by female Billionaires. She was thrown out of Office right about 2016
