First let me say I am not dooming. POTUS doesn't have the authority to ban or require any method of voting. At all. Elections are run by the states. They could say they want to use a mule to carry ballots from a machine to the scanner and only CONgress could stop that - but they would have to create a law.

The only way Trump can do this is to get the people to pressure CONgress 24/7/365 to outlaw mail-ins and machines and require paper ballots and one-day voting. We the people might be able to get a vote, but with all the compromised members of CONgress that have been in office since Pontius was a trainee pilot, they will never vote for the one way we can get them out of office.

I wish he could do it himself with an executive order, but that wouldn't work either because they are for the executive branch and their regulatory mission - not everyone else.

The only other way for that to happen is if we end up in a Constitutional Convention of the States - an amendment. But - much like Q said about FISA - it goes both ways. Dems could do all sorts of gun laws, make abortion legal at the federal level, or whatever else the demons want.
