The Youtube video embedded in 18 minutes and some have linked to a 45 minute video on Rumble. No other president would have spent more than a few minutes speaking to staff in the field. Not only did he give his time, but he used it to rally his troops towards victory.

Interesting. You can read it either way.
Trump is saying that he will allow the AI plants to also build electric plants and it will be almost like an public utility. My interpretation is that the AI companies will build electric generation plants to not only supply their own AIs but also to send any excess to people.
My read has always been that these would be "new energy" plants - nuclear / Tesla / whatever secretive technologies that exists hidden from us.
