Those are pretty heavy charges. Sounds like this will be a military tribunal? I am going to wait before I post this to my normie friends and family and to my public profile. Until what John Bolton is being charged with, until the charges are filed.
Espionage Act indictments do not result in military tribunal courts martial. But, in the worst event, they can result in the death penalty (think Julius and Ethel Rosenberg).
I wouldn't call that the worst event....
