They do. They are constantly in the debate, taking positions, and defending the 2nd Amendment in court cases. They have been putting pressure on the ATF for decades, and now that Trump is President some fruitful changes have taken place. Does no one wonder at the almost miraculous ease with which suppressors have entered the marketplace with a minimum of regulation? Both of Trump's sons are avid shooters.

(Same thing with unions. My union had a significant conservative element in the membership, but an equally significant liberal dominance in the union council.
