He makes moves on the the obvious violators 1st, sure she can protest but with that sort of mortgage fraud she won't be there long one way or the other. So if she leaves promptly or fights it & is hauled into court & convicted of mortgage fraud immediately after it will look even worse for those that try to fight back. It's a good win regardless what she does
