If Soros likes women he has probably sired a lot of kids during his life, a rich and powerful man like that would not have needed to do much chasing, there would have been hell of a lot of women chasing him. And some of them have also undoubtedly tried to babytrap him during his rather long life, even if not in hopes of marrying him then to get support for longer if possible, especially if he used to have any reputation that he might be willing to do that when his mistress had his child in the circles he used to move in.
So, seems plausible they are related at least in some way.
