The only possible solution is some non-national, 3rd-party entity that was held accountable by we-the-people, around the world, not just in the US. The Treasury is not one such entity, nor is Congress or the Senate.
Until such an entity is formed and then agreed upon by we-the-people, deception, lies, greed and manipulation will continue to operate unabated. Such is the nature of human beings who are "attracted to" wielding such power.
BTW, "The Fed" is a consortium of international cabal banksters. They also run the BIS, CBoE and all the other national central banks. It's all "one entity". "Ending the Fed" would be nothing more than a hiccup for the cabal....but it would be a DISASTER for the United States.
Sorry, but Flynn has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. If somehow "the good guys" were able to "take over the Fed", that might be a viable route. They'd have to work their way out of, taper-off the current system however. But "the good guys" have yet to appear on the stage. I can't think of a single "power broker" that isn't obviously compromised or complicit by/with "the bad guys" in some way.
The entire global financial system is based on our $USD FedBux. This system was created by the cabal (Breton Woods). All national currencies are based upon and pegged to the $USD.
If we "end the Fed", the entire system would immediately go into free-fall chaos.

We can't just "end" a foundational mechanism they use and leverage to run the rest of the world with. Frankly, it's just a stupid, kindergartener-level idea to begin with.
Somebody/Something needs to REPLACE (not just "end") the BIS, which owns and operates the Fed.
