He goes down by himself or he asks Trump for help and loses backing of Sinaloa/CCP handlers/backers. Co-founder of Sinaloa appears to have taken a deal with guilty plea and is singing like a canary, confirming payment ledger rumored to be captured a few months back in LA by US military along with Sinaloa accountants and bankers. It likely shows both CA Dems AND GOP run by Sinaloa in partnership with CCP (joint venture). Also, likely shows CA AG is direct Sinaloa operative.
National Guard deployment to San Fran takes down one of 3 major CCP operation hubs. Chicago and NYC are the other two. Suspected 300k CCP globalist faction Chinese military hiding in each location. Can be removed under cover of "ICE operations".

I haven't seen any analysis of him being a different guy. But it's a possibility. I'm leaning towards he agreed to work with the WHs to wake up the public.
