Just leave it at scientific definitions: Normal vs Abnormal. It applies equally, both in the extremely rare case of physically and the absurdly abundant case of mentally.

Further social engineering will undo the previous social engineering. I used to think it a pity, but what better stereotype than ignorance is bliss for the afflicted?
