Unelected Federal judges are Not part of the three Constitutional parts of OUR Gov. Every one of these would be kings should be set in front of a Grand Jury to explain WHAT PART of the US. Constitution allows them to STOP what the POTUS is doing and then impeached and put in prison.
THIS 'Twilight Zone' of crimes that we have been part of has been going on for decades. The correction of laws abused and crimes committed must be prosecuted one at a time.

No. If they are confirmed by the Senate, they can be a judge regardless of where they were born.
