I don't think they have guns legally there. They can go thru the dark market and get them.
You can legally own firearms in Germany as an example but there are so many steps required that it is better to invest in a rapid fire cross bow instead. I learned that from the slingshot channel. "Let me show you its features".
I didn't even know there was such a thing as a rapid-fire crossbow.
