So where are all the people that have been insisting that Trump had some secret plan/reason for Operation Warp speed, and we just don't know it?

We're just going to pivot to "Trump was duped!"?

Doesn't really paint him in the best light, being so easily duped when he's as smart as he is.

A bit difficult to believe someone as smart as Trump was so easily duped when plenty of other people figured it out...

Operation Warp speed was a logistical operation. It was NOT responsible for the creation of the mRNA. That is all on Big Pharma.
