This commenter hit the nail on the head and didn't even realize it:

This is why babies are given the Hep B vaccine. It's because of all of the pedos -- it keeps them from getting caught.
Wow! That's disgusting and so F'ing evil! I hope you aren't right, but it makes sense especially with people of a certain religion.
