They are like hearing aids, compact and not really noticeable. They play fractal tones into your ears to "mask" the ringing. I got to try them for a free trial and they did work but they were definitely too expensive.
Oh, interesting. Thank you for explaining. But I agree. 4K is outrageous, especially for something so tiny. It's infuriating that you found something that was helpful but then were denied the ability to get them. Infuriating!
