Panic spreads as Maine residents are infected with deadly disease

Officials raised the alarm over the infections in Maine and said work was now underway to find and isolate their close contacts.

I think Tuberculosis is a bacterial infection.

And most are completely oblivious to the possibility of fungal infections which often have the same symptoms as bacterial infections, but they won't even test for them.
