Correct me if I am wrong here, but are there not clear laws in place to arrest people that do this like "Mr. Judge"?
The real issue is these Judges are intentionally creating a Constitutional Crisis. The U.S. Constitution has sustained itself as the key instrument in the way of these insane people from achieving their goals. That is what is in play here.
From a country's viewpoint, this would indeed be the country's precipice. Once you fall over the edge there is no coming back. This could be the best part of the movie!

And whey is this foreigner even allowed to be a “judge”, when he is clearly acting on behalf of other foreigners against the interests of Americans.
That’s the bigger question.
