Children in two parent households need to be sent to a thoroughly vetted private school or homeschooled. One parent, preferably Dad, should go get a second job if need be. Indefinite extension of take your kids to work day, for single parents! There have to be bosses who hate this as much as their employees do. Teach the children to do useful skills!
