Maybe they will use the solution I proposed a couple years ago: a coordinated strike against ALL cartel towns in Mexico, wiping out all males over the age of 18. Yes, some "innocent" people would be killed, but THOUSANDS of innocent people are dying in the U.S. every year because of those cartel towns.
